A.
The five-angle immersion piping design results in a pointed shape which eliminates collection of frying scraps. Wide pitch of immersion piping improves ease of cleaning at bottom of oil vat. The introduction of angles in the piping permits attachment of a large number of copper fins, and thus a five-fold increase in thermal transmission area and thermal efficiency of 69%. B. Thermal efficiency has been increased by approximately 23% in comparison with conventional higher-efficiency fryers. Highest energy efficiency in Japan. C. |
